What does managed hosting include?
We take care of the hardware, network, operating system, patches, monitoring and backups. On fully managed plans we also look after your web stack and databases. You keep full access to your servers.
Where is support based?
In the same time zones as our locations. When you write to us, an engineer who works your hours picks it up.
Can I bring my own hardware?
Yes. With colocation we rack and cable your equipment, and managed colocation adds monitoring and alert response around the clock.
How do we move from our current host?
We plan the move with you, copy your data, test the new setup and switch over in a window you choose.
Do you offer internet for our office?
Yes. Dedicated Internet Access gives your office symmetric fiber with static IPs, supported by the same team as your hosting.
