Do I keep root access?
Yes. You keep full root or administrator access at every management level. On managed plans we agree how changes are made so we never work against each other.
Which operating systems do you support?
Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux, Windows Server and Proxmox VE. If you need something else, ask and we'll tell you what we can support.
Can I upgrade a server later?
Yes. We can add memory and storage, or move you to a larger server or a private cloud, and plan the change around your busy hours.
What happens when hardware fails?
Our monitoring catches it, an engineer replaces the failed part and brings the server back, and you get a note on what happened and what we changed.
