These terms cover the BBH Communication website, service requests, customer portal access, plans, promotions, installation, and acceptable use.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy apply to the BBH Communication website, public request forms, availability checks, customer portal access pages, plan pages, promotion pages, installation information, and service information presented by Sanyi BBH Inc.
By accessing this website, submitting a request, checking availability, using the customer portal access pages, activating service, or continuing to use BBH Communication service after receiving applicable order documents, you agree to follow these terms and any written order, service order, account notice, promotion disclosure, or signed agreement that applies to the service.
If a signed order, customer service summary, promotion disclosure, or written service agreement conflicts with this website page, the more specific written document controls for that service.
The website is used to present service information, collect service requests, respond to sales and support questions, and help determine whether a building may be eligible for BBH Communication service.
A website submission is a request for review. It is not a final order, service commitment, installation appointment, credit approval, price guarantee, construction approval, or acceptance by BBH unless BBH confirms those terms in writing.
BBH may decline, delay, or modify a request if the address, building access, installation requirements, plan selection, customer information, or requested service does not meet BBH qualification requirements.
Customer portal access is intended for customers whose BBH service or installation setup has been reviewed and whose account access has been activated or made eligible for activation.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting any login credentials, activation codes, passwords, security information, and contact details associated with your service.
Do not share passwords or activation codes with unauthorized users. If you believe account access has been compromised, contact BBH support promptly.
BBH may require account verification before discussing service information, billing questions, installation status, account access, or support details. Account access tools are not a substitute for written service orders or support confirmation.
Service availability depends on the exact service address, building type, unit or suite, fiber pathway, telecom room access, riser or conduit access, available equipment, owner or manager permission, and final BBH review.
A building appearing on the listed-building data does not guarantee service to every unit, suite, tenant space, floor, building phase, or plan tier. Some buildings may support residential service only, business service only, selected speed tiers, or service after additional access review.
City names, map markers, nearby listed buildings, building names submitted with incomplete addresses, and website search suggestions do not guarantee service at a different address.
Unsupported or uncertain addresses may require review with the building owner, property manager, HOA, landlord, or business sales team.
Standard installation assumes a listed or reviewed building, available service pathway, ordinary premises access, compatible equipment location, and no special construction, non-standard wiring, custom handoff, lift work, new conduit, trenching, landlord buildout, or unusual access requirement.
If the service location is an apartment, condominium, managed property, office building, shared workspace, retail suite, or multi-tenant building, you represent that you have authority to request service or that the owner, landlord, manager, HOA, or other required property contact has authorized the access needed for installation, maintenance, repair, or service review.
BBH or its contractors may need access to the unit, suite, telecom room, riser, demarcation point, common area, equipment cabinet, conduit, wall plate, gateway location, or other premises area reasonably needed to install, activate, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, or remove service.
Installation may require scheduling, access instructions, adult presence, building staff coordination, equipment placement decisions, or confirmation that BBH may use existing inside wiring or existing building pathways. BBH may refuse or reschedule work if access is not available or if the work cannot be performed safely.
Published plan prices are shown before taxes, regulatory fees, government charges, recovery charges, optional add-ons, streaming packages, replacement equipment, non-standard wiring, custom construction, managed equipment, static IPs, special business handoff, expedited service, or other charges unless a page expressly says otherwise.
Residential introductory prices shown on the website require paperless billing unless a written offer says otherwise. Published business introductory prices apply for the displayed introductory period at eligible business locations; taxes, fees, and optional services are extra.
Plan names, speeds, promotional prices, standard rates, equipment assumptions, installation assumptions, streaming add-ons, and business options may change. BBH may update website information, plan availability, promotion terms, and standard rates prospectively.
Promotions require a supported service address, eligible plan, activation, account good standing, and satisfaction of the offer terms shown on the promotion page or written order. Credits and discounts have no cash value and may appear over one or more billing cycles.
Plan changes, service cancellation, address changes, late payment, ineligible service, custom building agreements, business quotes, or failure to maintain qualifying service may reduce, delay, or end promotional eligibility.
If a price or promotion shown on the website contains an obvious error, is outdated, or conflicts with the final written order or offer disclosure, BBH may correct the error before accepting the order.

Static IPs, managed Wi-Fi, construction, inside wiring, and special handoff requirements are quoted separately. Business locations must qualify for BBH service before the promotion can be applied. Offer requires an eligible business service address and may not apply to dedicated fiber, multi-tenant building agreements, or custom construction. Canceling service or changing from the eligible Business Fiber 500 plan ends the promotional price. Service availability, install timing, and final monthly charges are confirmed before the order is completed.
Billing terms, due dates, recurring charges, one-time charges, proration, late fees, deposits, taxes, equipment charges, returned-payment charges, and cancellation charges are governed by the applicable written order, account notice, invoice, or service agreement.
A request submitted through the website does not require payment information and should not include card numbers, bank details, account passwords, government identification, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information.
Customer eligibility for installation, continued service, plan changes, promotions, and support may depend on accurate account information, timely payment, equipment return, address verification, and compliance with these terms.
BBH service may require an optical network terminal, gateway, router, Wi-Fi equipment, wiring, power supply, mounting hardware, streaming equipment, or other equipment provided by BBH, a building owner, a contractor, or the customer.
Equipment provided for use with BBH service must be used only with authorized service and must not be opened, modified, reverse engineered, resold, relocated, tampered with, or used to bypass network controls.
Customers are responsible for compatible customer-owned devices, customer networks, Wi-Fi conditions, computers, phones, TVs, streaming devices, routers not provided or approved by BBH, security settings, operating systems, applications, backups, and third-party services.
BBH may require equipment updates, replacement, return, inspection, or removal. Lost, damaged, unreturned, or altered equipment may result in charges if stated in the applicable order or account notice.
Internet service must be used lawfully and in a manner that does not harm, interfere with, disrupt, degrade, attack, or misuse BBH systems, upstream providers, other networks, other customers, building networks, or third-party services.
You are responsible for all use of the service at your location, including use by household members, employees, guests, tenants, visitors, customers, contractors, minors, connected devices, Wi-Fi users, and any person or device that uses your connection.
Prohibited use includes unlawful activity, network abuse, spam, unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, malware, denial-of-service activity, port scanning, botnet activity, copyright or intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, harassment, threatening content, fraud, abusive automation, security probing without authorization, or activity that causes complaints or operational harm.
Residential service is intended for ordinary residential use at the service address. Unless BBH agrees in writing, residential service may not be resold, redistributed, used as a public access service, used to operate a commercial ISP, or used as a substitute for business, wholesale, data-center, or carrier service.
Business service must be used within the agreed service location, handoff, service type, and written order. Static IPs, special routing, hosting, high-volume servers, multi-tenant redistribution, dedicated service, or managed service features require written BBH approval when applicable.
BBH may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, or require corrective action for suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, including when needed to protect the network, respond to complaints, comply with law, address security risk, or protect other users.
Advertised speeds describe service tiers and are not guarantees of every device, application, Wi-Fi connection, route, website, server, or internet destination at all times. Actual performance can depend on equipment, Wi-Fi conditions, building wiring, device capability, network congestion, maintenance, upstream providers, internet routing, third-party services, and the customer environment.
BBH may manage the network for security, reliability, congestion, abuse prevention, routing, maintenance, lawful compliance, and service integrity. Network management may include monitoring network health, blocking malicious traffic, limiting abusive activity, changing routing, updating equipment, or taking protective measures.
BBH does not guarantee that internet access, Wi-Fi, customer devices, third-party services, streaming apps, cloud services, websites, remote work platforms, gaming services, security cameras, medical devices, life-safety systems, payment terminals, alarms, or other customer applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible, or suitable for any particular use.
Customers should maintain their own device security, backups, password practices, battery backup if needed, and alternate communication plans for critical services.
Streaming packages and TV-related add-ons may require eligible internet service, compatible devices, app access, third-party platform accounts, content rights, local availability, and separate terms from content providers or app platforms.
BBH streaming add-ons require active eligible BBH residential fiber service, which is sold separately. Business fiber plans are not eligible for residential streaming add-ons.
Channel lineups, content rights, cloud DVR features, device support, app availability, third-party subscription availability, and streaming package prices may change.
Streaming package prices do not include third-party app subscriptions, paid apps, device purchases, replacement devices, or replacement remotes unless the applicable written offer states otherwise.
Streaming content may not be copied, redistributed, publicly performed, retransmitted, commercially displayed, or used outside the permitted household or service location except as allowed by the applicable content provider terms.
Business fiber, dedicated service, static IPs, managed equipment, special handoff, tenant-ready service, whole-building delivery, construction, custom routing, service-level commitments, and property agreements require sales review and written terms before acceptance.
Pricing for dedicated and whole-building service is provided by custom quote after sales review and may require a site survey, design approval, construction estimate, and written order terms.
A website business request is not a quote, SLA, construction approval, service-level commitment, or final order. BBH may require a site survey, demarcation review, property authorization, engineering review, construction estimate, credit review, or signed agreement.
Building owners, property managers, HOAs, landlords, and business contacts are responsible for providing accurate authority, ownership, access, tenant, telecom-room, pathway, and construction information.
BBH may suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate website access, request processing, installation, account access, or service where permitted by law and applicable order terms, including for inaccurate information, non-payment, unsafe access, unavailable building pathway, lack of authorization, fraud, abusive conduct, network harm, security risk, illegal use, unacceptable use, equipment tampering, or violation of these terms.
Suspension or termination may not waive amounts owed, equipment return duties, construction charges, or other obligations stated in the applicable written order, invoice, account notice, or service agreement.
If service is suspended or terminated, software licenses, account access, streaming access, promotional eligibility, static IP assignments, and equipment rights may end or change as described in the applicable account terms.
BBH works to keep the website accurate, but plan information, location records, promotions, terms, listed buildings, map data, taxes, fees, channel information, installation assumptions, and service availability may change.
BBH may update these terms by posting revised terms on the website or by giving other notice when required. Continued use of the website, request forms, portal access pages, or service after a posted update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
You agree that BBH may use email, website notices, account notices, service-request responses, support replies, and other electronic communications for website requests, service qualification, installation coordination, account access, and support follow-up.
The website and public request tools are provided for information, service qualification, and service-request purposes. They are provided without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, service information, availability results, submitted service requests, customer equipment, third-party services, internet content, outages, delays, or service performance.
BBH is not responsible for customer data loss, device compromise, third-party account compromise, unauthorized Wi-Fi use, third-party content, third-party software, internet destinations, customer-owned equipment, customer applications, or services outside BBH control.
Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Information submitted through the website is handled under the BBH Communication Privacy Policy and applicable account or service terms.
The website design, text, images, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and other materials are owned by Sanyi BBH Inc. or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or use website materials in a misleading or unauthorized way.
You may not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, probe systems without authorization, submit malicious content, overload request forms, use automated collection in a manner that disrupts the site, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
For sales, availability, promotions, new service, business service, and building-review questions, contact [email protected].
For active service, installation follow-up, billing questions, account access, and support questions, contact [email protected].
When contacting BBH, include only the information needed to answer the request, such as service address, building name, account email, request type, and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, bank information, government identification, or unrelated sensitive data through public forms or email unless BBH provides a specific secure process.
These terms are intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver is created by delay or failure to enforce a term. BBH may assign or transfer rights and obligations where permitted by the applicable service agreement and law.
These website terms do not independently create an arbitration agreement. If a signed order or separate customer agreement contains dispute-resolution terms, those terms apply as stated in that agreement.
